Correction - Notice of HOA Board Meeting - Monday, 01/30/12
Dear Neighbor,
Please note that the December 26th meeting of the board of directors has been cancelled. The board will resume its regularly scheduled meetings on Monday, January 30, 2012. Time and location of the meeting will be provided the week prior to the meeting.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in 2011, and we look forward to a productive 2012.

The new primary and alternate voting members have been updated on WaterfordParks.com and provided below, along with their contact information. These can be located at any time by logging into the site and using the search on the left, or going directly to the "HOA Board" link on the right. All five Board members have been reelected and are also listed below.
Stage 3 Watering Restriction - Affecting Waterford Parks
The Stage 3 Watering Restriction has been put into place by the City of Allen, which affects The Park at Waterford.

Vendors/Contractors on the Waterford Parks Website - Your Input Needed!
Announcing a new section for the Waterford Parks website where you can locate vendors/contractors/companies recommend by other neighborhood residents, as well as contribute your own recommendations.
Simply login to www.waterfordparks.com and select the "Vendors and Contractors" link on the left.
Please be sure to review the disclaimer located at the bottom of the "Vendors and Contractors" page before contributing or using any listed company/vendor/contractor.

To access the new code, login to the site, select the "HOA Central" link along the left side and you'll find it under the "General Information" section at the top...
WP Site Login Requires Email Address
The next time you login to the Waterford Parks HOA website, you'll notice that your email address is now required, rather than your username. This is the email address you provided when setting up your account (and the one in which you're receiving this email on now).
Your password is still the same (and, technically, your prior username will still work if your account was created prior to 2/1/11). New accounts going forward, however, will only have the option of using an email address for the username.

As a homeowner in THE PARKS AT WATERFORD OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., you are hereby given notice of the Board Meeting scheduled for [insert date] to be held at [insert address]. The Open Session will be held from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Owners are welcome to attend and observe. The Executive Session will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and is a closed meeting of the Board of Directors. Minutes for both sessions will be published for homeowner review, once they are approved.

If you do not see your street listed from the dropdown when creating your account, please choose "other" and then after creating your account, contact Webmaster. It's important that your street is listed and provided with your account, as this provides for dynamic listing of block captains, block event announcements, mailers, etc.
