The Communication Committee is responsible for maintaining the community Directory of resident address and email information, for publishing the newsletter, and for maintaining the web site.
Landscaping / Pool
The Pool and Landscaping Committee is responsible for the following:
Yard of the Month, which is intended to recognize homeowners who have gone the extra mile to enhance the beauty and value of our subdivision.
Reviews the performance, costs, and contracts for the landscaping and pool contractors the community uses.
in general works with the management company so that the common areas are well-maintained and improve the beauty and value of our neighborhood.
educating the neighborhood about community landscaping-related issues.
Modifications / ACC
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews requests for exterior modifications from homeowners. The committee further sets design guidelines to provide for a harmonious appearance within the community.
Neighborhood Watch
The Waterford Parks Homeowners have formed a Neighborhood Crime Watch Committee to reduce crime in the area. Waterford Parks is a safe neighborhood and experiences very little minor crime but as you know, if you have been the victim of any crime, it is not minor when it happens to you. The purpose of the Crime Watch Program is to help residents get to know their neighbors, learn when and how to report crime or suspicious activity, and learn helpful crime prevention tips.
